Do I have to order a full week at a time?

Not at all. We do not have a minimum order or commitment plan.

Are There Ordering Deadlines?

For a Monday morning delivery, orders must be received by 3:00pm on Friday afternoon.

For a Wednesday morning delivery, orders must be received by 11:00am on Monday morning.

For a Friday morning delivery, orders must be received by 11:00am on Wednesday morning.

Is there a minimum order requirement?

We do not have a minimum order requirement except for corporate accounts; business deliveries have a $50 minimum.

When can I expect delivery?

Monday, Wednesday, Friday before 6am. 

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to the greater Sacramento area including: El Dorado Hills, Folsom, Roseville, Elk Grove and West Sacramento.

What do I do with the delivery bag?

Please help us keep waste to a minimum. Place your bag out the night before your next delivery day. There will be a $12.95 charge for any bags not returned.

There was a problem with my delivery, what do I do?

Please visit our Contact Page and send us an email or give us a call. Our office will promptly work to resolve any issue’s.

Do you deliver to businesses?

Yes we do. Please see our corporate Menu and buffet pricing. We do have a $50 minimum for business deliveries.

What is your refund policy?

We are dedicated to our customers satisfaction. If you have any problems with your food order, please contact us and we will replace your food order or give you a credit on your next order.

Is your food fresh or frozen?

Our weekly menu is always fresh. We do not use preservatives when cooking our meals. Some meals are marked as “freezable” and can be frozen for 7 to 14 days.

How long do your meals stay fresh?

Each of our meals will be labeled with a best by date. Meals stay good for 5 to 7 days. Salads for 3 to 4 days. If a meal goes bad before the best by date, we will replace or credit your account.

Are all your ingredients organic?

Yes all of our meals depending on availability are locally grown and range fed.

How are your meals packaged?

Our meals are delivered in insulated bags packed in ice packs. Each meal is packed in recyclable containers.

Food allergies?

When you order please let us know about any food allergies you may have. If we can accommodate you we will.

How often does your menu change?

Our menu is seasonal. However we will feature new meals every two weeks.

What do I do if I need to cancel an order?

Please call our office or click on the Cancel Link from your confirmation email. Orders can be canceled or changed up to 11:00 am the day before the delivery day.

Do I have to be present to receive a delivery?

No. You do not have to be present to receive a delivery. If you have a gate code or access code, please include it in the order under “Special Delivery Instructions”. Please refrigerate as soon as possible.

Do you provide a military discount?

Yes we do. If you are serving, or have served in the United States military, receive 10% off on all orders. To receive your discount code, please submit a pay stub or a discharge form (DD214) to support@ultimatefitnessfood.com.
